If you're in town for work, visiting family or traveling, we welcome you to drop in!
To drop-in, we ask that you have had at least one month of CrossFit, weight lifting or functional fitness experience.
There is no need to sign up or pre-register for classes. We simply ask that you show up 15 minutes prior to the start of class. A coach will assist you on signing our liability waiver and provide a grand tour of our gym.
Our drop in fee is $20, cash or card accepted.
If you are new to fitness, you can join us for a week trial. This allows you to get a feel for what the Courageous community is all about!
